GCA-3 OSERVATION IN SPECFICATION AND CONTRACT©

DESCRIPTION:

Whether you’re planning on going into business, participating in a construction bid process, or just wanting to know how to estimate, you’ll need this short course.  It deals with the study of entrepreneurship and the importance and use of specifications as it relates to architectural drawings.  It will highlight considerations made between the owner, architect or designer and contractor as to finalize a clearer understanding that should be written in agreement.

The best construction project done right with the best results require good communication and ethical practices by everyone involved in the project.  Each student participates in communication and bid exercises.  The end result of this relationship is written collectively in specfications and contract.  This course examines that formulation.  (pre-requisite: GCA Home Building Course)
